The Apartment
This apartment of about 100 sqm, is modernly furnished, has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with bathroom En-Suite and 1 bedroom with double bed or single bed), the 2nd bathroom is separate. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 balconies (1 with a south-west facing winter garden with sea and beach views, 1 open balcony to the east). The apartment is very comfortably furnished. It has internet with fibre optic connection (up to 300 MBit), 55 inch LED TV with soundbar and Sonos media entertainment, satellite TV and Sky TV, air conditioning hot/cold, dishwasher, washing machine, Tumble dryer, hairdryer, safe, etc.
The beautiful cozy apartment, is located above the roofs of Moraira on the 3rd floor, has a lift and is located in the center of Moraira, only about 2 minutes’ walk to the beaches “Platja de l Ampolla” and about 10 minutes’ walk to “El Portet” beach. The city’s two main sandy beaches have the prestigious blue flags for clean water and excellent beach quality. We provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove them before your departure. Our service also includes towels. On departure, please leave the dishes clean and please dispose of the rubbish.

Checkin & Checkout
Checking in and out is possible every day in the week. We require a minimum stay of 6 nights (7 days).

Payment Policy
Payments have to been done by bank transfer. You can use the following Internation Bank Account Number IBAN: ES24 0019 0135 2149 3004 1240. If necessary please use BIC / SWIFTCODE: DEUTESBBXXX.
- 30% directly after confirming your reservation.
- The rest will have to be paid 10 days before check-in.
- You will receive a discount of 5% when paying the full ammount directly after reservation and booked at least 3 months in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Until 30 days before check-in: Free of charge
- From 30 days until 5 days before check-in: 30% of the total reservation.
- From 5 days until 1 day before check-in: 70%.
- When you cancel on the day of arriving no refund will be given.
