Widely regarded as the Jewel in the Crown of the Costa Blanca, Moraira lies in a sandy bay on the eastern Mediterranean coast of Spain. It is convenient for the international airports of Alicante and Valencia which are approximately one hour and one hour ten minutes travelling time respectively, both via excellent motorway and coastal roads. The town is very cosmopolitan but still enjoys the old characteristics of an old fishing village with its own marina.
